ABOUT

HCT Organisation

The organisation exists to present the Human-Centred Transformation (HCT) body of work as a coherent management discipline concerned with governing transformation under persistent systemic misalignment.

The site pulls together insight, published material developed over an extended period of observing, advising on, and working within transformation across sectors and organisational contexts. The emphasis of the work is on documenting a recurring condition, articulating HCT transformation logic, and establishing the discipline required to govern coherence when alignment cannot be assumed.

HCT is not a consultancy in the traditional sense, nor a methodology provider or delivery organisation. It exists to surface, develop, and support engagement with the HCT discipline and its associated artefacts, while maintaining their conceptual integrity and scope. Individual publications identify their authorship explicitly; the site itself is responsible for ensuring coherence across the body of work.

Where organisations recognise transformation challenges as matters of governance, judgement, and systemic misalignment rather than delivery execution, HCT Org can support context-specific advisory work focused on logic clarification and decision-making under constraint.
